Welcome to the #LUNESUPPERCLUB // Communal celebrations are underway. We are so excited to make this happen with our friend and very talented Chef from London, Punam Vaja. It ties in the Shop Lune London, Goa and Bombay story deliciously ( Check Menu Below ) and it's all serendipitously happening on Lune's 13th birthday month. We welcome you to a 6-course dinner menu with Feni cocktails at POP LUNE.

MENU:

1. Appetiser: Cheese & Beets

Cheese Croquette with a pickled Beetroot centre topped with beetroot and cranberry sauce.

2. Big Time Chiller

Cooked Watermelon topped with ginger risotto, served with a Kokum Dashi.

3. Cheese & Whine

Burrata & Grape Bruschetta with a truffle oil finish.

4. Layers of Love

Layers of pasta filled with mung & urid lentils cooked in a plum tomato, parsley & garlic sauce, with a béchamel topping & Italian cheese.

Meet The Chef: A born and raised East Londoner, Punam Vaja grew up in a large traditional Gujarati family with roots in India and East Africa. Growing up, food was at the heart of every family gathering, no matter how many people turned up, everyone was welcome and there was always food. In 2018, Punam launched Khao Suppers, a homage to the dishes and stories of her childhood presented through a series of supper clubs, brunch events and workshops. Her supper clubs have been lauded as one to watch by CN Traveller, bringing a fresh outlook to classic Gujarati home cooking with innovative touches without losing authentic flavours. Based in London, Punam has taken her supper clubs around London, Portugal and beyond.
